Buying and licenses
The same for every Pro: you pay once in Telegram Stars and get a license key for a year of updates and support.
Pay with Telegram Stars
- Pick a plan on the plugin’s page and press Buy in Telegram. It opens @neatplug_bot with the plugin and the plan.
- Pay in Telegram. The bot sends an invoice in Stars. If your balance is short, Telegram offers to buy Stars right there.
- Get the key. The bot sends your license key and a link to download Pro. You can find both again in the bot under My licenses.
Prices are in Stars, the currency Telegram uses for digital goods. What a Star costs you depends on how you buy them in Telegram.
Activate the license key
- Keep the free plugin active. Pro is an add-on and works on top of it.
- Install Pro. Open Plugins›Add New Plugin, press Upload Plugin, choose the Pro zip, then Install Now and Activate.
- Paste the key into the License field that Pro adds to the plugin’s settings, and save.
Pro then gets updates the usual WordPress way, in Dashboard›Updates.

Local and staging sites do not count: localhost, *.local, *.test and staging.*.
Move Pro to another site
Remove the key in Pro’s settings on the old site: the site is freed at once. Then paste the key on the new site. If the old site is gone, write to @neatplug_bot or support (at) neatplug.dev, and we free it for you.
Renew updates
A license gives a year of updates and support. After that, Pro keeps working as it is; only updates and support stop.
Renewal costs 60% of the plan’s price and adds a year. The bot reminds you 14 days before the year ends and on the day itself. Nothing renews automatically.
Refunds
Within 14 days of payment you get your Stars back, no questions asked. Send /paysupport to @neatplug_bot and pick the order. The Stars return to your Telegram balance, and the license key stops working: Pro no longer gets updates.
