We keep as little as we can: enough to deliver Pro, its updates and support.
This website
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own server.
- The site runs on a server in the Netherlands behind Cloudflare, which handles every request on the way, including your IP address (Cloudflare’s privacy policy).
- The server keeps no access logs. Error records, which can contain an IP address, are deleted after 14 days.
Free plugins
The free plugins send nothing to us. Notify for Telegram connects only to Telegram (api.telegram.org) with your own bot: order and form details go from your site straight to your chat.
When you buy Pro or write to us

Pro sends its key, the site’s domain and its version to neatplug.dev when you activate the key and about once a week to check for updates. It sends nothing about your orders, forms or visitors.
Payments go through Telegram (Telegram Privacy Policy). We never see your card or bank details.
How long we keep it
Account and license data are kept while you have a license. Order records are kept as long as tax rules require. To delete the rest, write to @neatplug_bot.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data. It leaves our server only to Telegram, to send you messages and handle payments.
