Terms
Updated 22 October 2026.
Neatplug is a small studio that makes WordPress plugins. You can reach us through @neatplug_bot in Telegram or by email at support (at) neatplug.dev.
Free plugins
The free plugins are published on WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. You can use them on any number of sites.
Pro licenses
- A Pro license is bought once, with Telegram Stars, in @neatplug_bot. Prices are on each plugin’s page.
- The license gives a year of updates and support for the number of sites in the plan. After that year Pro keeps working; updates and support continue only if you renew.
- Renewal costs 60% of the plan’s price and adds a year. Nothing renews automatically.
- Pro’s code is licensed under the GPL v2 or later. The license key gives access to updates, downloads and support; it does not limit what the GPL allows.
- Local and staging sites do not count towards the number of sites.
Payment
Payments are made in Telegram Stars through Telegram. Neatplug, not Telegram, is responsible for Pro, its delivery and its support. Questions about a payment go to /paysupport in @neatplug_bot.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of payment, with no reason needed: send /paysupport to @neatplug_bot. The Stars return to the Telegram account that paid, and the license key is revoked: Pro stops getting updates.
Support
Free plugins are supported on their WordPress.org forums. Pro buyers write to @neatplug_bot or support (at) neatplug.dev. We usually answer within two working days.
No warranty
The plugins are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. They depend on Telegram and on your hosting, which we do not control. We are not liable for lost notifications, orders or data, or for any damage from using the plugins, as far as the law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the new version here with its date. A license you bought keeps the price, period and refund terms it was bought with.
